2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, the content of your message and your consent to this policy.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Service providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our team by email via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if no business relationship follows, and are then deleted. If we start working together, the data is kept for as long as the relationship and legal obligations require.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
